Elee Joven is a Cultural Intelligence Speaker Advocate and AI Strategist, committed to helping individuals embrace their cultural identity as a strength.
Born on the island of Guam and raised within a Filipino heritage, Elee became a single mother at 18, an experience that sparked over 30 years of personal transformation and global exploration. With lived experiences in Guam, the Philippines, California, and Nevada, she brings deep insight into how culture shapes identity, resilience, and success.

Elee’s journey has taken her across 29 countries (and counting), immersing herself in diverse communities and workplaces.
